Please note the City of Lathrop does not sell hard copies of the plans and specifications.  Bidders must register and purchase a complete set of plans and specifications with Stockton Blue in order to be an eligible bidder.  The fee to register on the Plan Holder’s List is $25.00 (non-refundable).  Please visit the  Stockton Blue website to purchase the contract documents, click on “Enter Public Planroom” to locate the project.
