Our Facility

Lathrop Animal Services contracts with the City of Manteca for Shelter services. All animals, picked up by ASOs or brought in by citizens, go to this shelter. The shelter includes a public reception area, offices for the ASOs, dog kennels/runs, a quarantine area, a cat/small animal area and a large animal holding area.
