City Council

City Council meetings are held at City Hall the first and third Monday of each month at 7:00 pm. Agendas are available on Thursday at noon before each meeting. The official agenda is posted outside of city hall in a display case, at the Lathrop Post Office, Lathrop Community Center and at the Fire Station. Special meetings are scheduled and posted as needed.

Council meetings are taped and then televised on your local broadcast cable channel 97 at 7:00 PM on Tuesday and Noon on Wednesday following the Council Meeting.

Home Occupation Permits

The City Permits under certain conditions, the operation of a home based business in accordance with State Law and the zoning code. The purpose of a home occupation permit application is to gather information necessary for the City to process the application including the notification of surrounding property owners within 300 feet of the subject residence. Interested parties who receive notification from the City have14 days to provide written comments on your request. The City will notify you if there are any comments received from any interested party including neighbors.
