The City of Lathrop works closely with Work Net of San Joaquin County
http://www.sjcworknet.org/index.html to match employers with qualified employees. The University of the Pacific and San Joaquin Delta College are located fifteen miles North of Lathrop in Stockton. Lathrop is also home to ITT Technical Institute and University of Phoenix.
