City of Lathrop :: Finance Department

City Council meetings are held at City Hall the first and third Monday of each month at 7:00 pm. Agendas are available on Thursday at noon before each meeting. The official agenda is posted outside of city hall in a display case, at the Lathrop Post Office, Lathrop Community Center and at the Fire Station. Special meetings are scheduled and posted as needed.

Council meetings are taped and then televised on your local broadcast cable channel 97 at 7:00 PM on Tuesday and Noon on Wednesday following the Council Meeting.

The Finance Department provides financial reporting, accounting, and budgeting for public service delivery. The Department also manages cash and investments, debt issuance, accounts payable, payroll, utility billing, busines licensing, dog licensing, and accounts receivable.

This department has an Information Technology Division that is responsible for administration of the City World Wide Web Site, computer support services, and telephone services.
