The Human Resources Department assists other City departments in meeting their service delivery responsibilities to the public and assists employees in reaching their fullest potential with the City. We help maintain a careful balance between the interests of City government, its departments and its employees by providing: recruitment, benefits management, compensation plan maintenance, conflict resolution, employee safety, wellness, training, and general employee/employer information.
