Welcome to the City of Lathrop’s On-Line Bill Payment System. The City is pleased to present you with a convenient and quick way to access your utility account.

The City’s municipal services on-line software provides up-to-date information concerning your utility account and a payment option. Click here to send us an e-mail to request your PIN. To sign up you will need to include the following information in your registration e-mail:

· Name

· Account number

· Service address

· Mailing address if different

· Current phone number.

Once we receive your e-mail you will receive a return e-mail with instructions to complete the registration process. E-mails are answered Monday thru Thursday from 8am to 5pm.
