The City of Lathrop does have a grant program to assist residents who are passed due on rent or mortgage, but if you are looking for immediate housing please contact the Central Valley Low Income Housing Corporation in Stockton for assistance. COVID testing is available at the Walgreens located at 14780 S. Harlan Road and testing and the vaccination is available at the CVS Pharmacy inside of Target Store at 16858 Golden Valley Parkway.
