The City of Lathrop Human Resources Department supports the city-wide organization with a workforce of approximately 196 employees. We work collaboratively with the City’s Executive Team and City employees to create an environment where everyone is equipped to succeed. 

We are committed to our mission of providing leadership and high-quality service by assessing the needs of City staff by developing, delivering, and continuously improving our programs and services in support of the City’s vision.

We provide comprehensive personnel services to all City departments including:
