Professional Engineering Consulting Services for Developing the City of Lathrop's Comprehensive Safety Action Plan

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS 

The City of Lathrop is seeking proposals from qualified firms to develop a Comprehensive Safety Action Plan that includes a Vision Zero Action Plan and a Safe Routes to School component. The plan will help the City identify safety needs, prioritize improvements, support future funding applications, and guide future implementation efforts.

This project is funded through the Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) grant program. The selected consultant will provide professional planning and engineering consulting services only; this contract does not authorize construction work.
