The City of Lathrop is requesting proposals from consultants to provide professional and technical planning services to complete the Project Initiation Document (PID) phase for the Lathrop Road and I-5 Interchange Capital Improvement Project (CIP) PS 16-06 (Project). The PID phase will include the technical studies needed to support the development of Project Study Report-Project Development Support (PSR-PDS) (i.e. traffic studies, environmental studies, etc.) that will review feasible design alternatives and develop programming documents for the interchange. Coordination with the Department of Transportation – Caltrans will be required.
The attached Request for Proposals (RFP) defines the scope of services and outlines the requirements that must be met by Consultants interested in providing such services.
