STREET SWEEPING SERVICES
The City of Lathrop (“City”), will accept sealed bids for the provision of Street Sweeping Services (Project), at City of Lathrop, California (“City”). Sealed bids will be received at the office of the City Clerk of the City of Lathrop, located at 390 Towne Centre Drive, Lathrop, CA until Thursday, May 28, 2026 at 2 PM. Bids submitted by mail shall be addressed to: City of Lathrop, Attention City Clerk, 390 Towne Centre Drive, Lathrop, CA 95330 and conform to Submission of Bids standards within this Section. The bids will be publicly opened and read on Thursday, May 28, 2026 at 2 PM.
The work to be performed under this contract is generally described as, but not necessarily be limited to the provision of scheduled PM10-efficient mobile sweeping services of approximately 174 curb-miles of specified City-owned streets, roadside and median street gutters, approximately 292,000 square feet of parking lots, 32 curb miles of arterial roads and the provisions of unscheduled and/or emergency sweeping services for any City-owned facility, as further specified in the Bid Specifications.
DIR Registration. In accordance with SB 854, all contractors who bid or work on Public Works projects for the City of Lathrop are subject to the following requirements: Bidder must submit proof of DIR Registration with Bid Proposal, no exceptions. Pursuant to Labor Code Section 1725.5, all Subcontractors identified in a Bidder’s Subcontractors’ List shall be DIR Registered Contractors. If awarded the Contract for the Work, at all times during performance of the Work, the Bidder and all Subcontractors, of any tier, shall be a DIR Registered Contractors
