General Municipal Elections

The City of Lathrop's next General Municipal Election will be held on Tuesday, November 3, 2026.

The City of Lathrop is a general law city with a five-member legislative body consisting of a Mayor and four Council Members. Each of the five City Council Members are directly elected by the registered voters of the City of Lathrop.

Capital Facility Fee Annual Report - For Public Review

Pursuant to the State of California Mitigation Fee Act (commonly referred to as “AB 1600,” California Government Code Section 66006 et seq.), the City of Lathrop is required to provide an annual report detailing the fees collected through the Capital Facility Fee (CFF) program as a result of new development. This report includes background information on each fee, as well as the fee schedules and history from the previous year.  The Report is now available for public review by clicking the link below.
