Capital Facility Fee Annual Report - For Public Review
Pursuant to the State of California Mitigation Fee Act (commonly referred to as “AB 1600,” California Government Code Section 66006 et seq.), the City of Lathrop is required to provide an annual report detailing the fees collected through the Capital Facility Fee (CFF) program as a result of new development.
