I would like to invite you to download the Lathrop Cares app from your app store. You will be able to report your concerns and monitor the statuses from there.

Meanwhile, i will go ahead and close out this ticket as all updates will be made on Lathrop Cares.

Staff called resident and spoke with them regarding the situation. Staff and resident had a good conversation regarding the ticket request.
