I have not heard anything back and don't think anyone came to deal with my neighbor. He was in his backyard till at least 6 AM doing drugs l, according to his statement "I'm so fucking high." I hope something can be done because this shouldn't be legal since he's a public nuisance during late nights.
The man is still in the yard and is now saying very loudly "I'm so fucking high. I fucking love this!" He repeated this twice and very aggressively. This is not a safe environment for anybody, especially children and I hope the police can at least have him go back into his home so he stops disturbing the peace of the neighborhood.
Boats addressed a few other vehicles were issued parking tickets, one vehicle was towed. As far as the loud music please call dispatch at (209) 468-4400 24 hours / 7 days a week.
