Emailed Brad in regards to the concern for the unsafe driving in the area. Once i hear back from Brad, i will reply to the reporting party.

I spoke with Joel in Utilities, he believes it might be a plant on McKinley since it is pretty common in the area.

Once resident replies back, Joel will go back out.

Emailed concerned citizen on 10/28/2020 that their request was received and forwarded to the Code Compliance Supervisor for review. City of Lathrop has initiated the Code Compliance process and ticket is now closed.
