Solar is not necessarily required on all New Homes currently being built. Many of the new homes being built are being built under the 2016 Building Code, in which Solar was not required. In the 2019 Building Code, Solar is now required for new homes. Therefore, depending upon when the permit was submitted for 2019 vs. 2020, will indicate the code cycle and solar requirement.

i emailed resident asking for the location they are requesting to have cleaned. Once they reply back, i will create a WO.
