Thank you for bringing this to the City's attention. After doing some research I was able to find that Lathrop Police CSO's have visited 482 and 410 Aztec Lane on a report of excessive leaves on the ground. The CSO's did not see any violation of excessive leaves on the ground when they went out to those addresses. Unfortunately, there is no Municipal Code that clearly states the resident is responsible for picking up the leaves their trees shed.
CSO Espinoza has made contact with the home owner at 659 Stage Coach Dr and advised them of The City of Lathrop's Muni Code 6.32.170 Dogs, cats and other animals to be curbed.
