there was no violations found because all those trucks and equipment are there after 4:30 PM during the day they are all out 

I noted this when I opened the ticket

Please update me? is your community member going to go there after 4:30 PM?

During the day most of these trucks and equipment are gone, they are usually parked from 4:30 pm till 4:00 am during the weekday

Emailed community member asking location of trailer.  She emailed back it in the City of Manteca.  She thanked me for my qucik reponse and I let her know to please contact the City of Manteca.
