665 Maxwell lane Lathrop Ca 95330 This house has been abandoned since 2010 , the front door is opened completely right now and has been for the last 2 months , there is huge mess of stuff in the front, the tree has leaves going all the way down the street , house is violating so many codes one can see as soon as the get close to this house, I cannot believe nothing is ever done to this house, is embarrassing to have people come down the street and have to see this property abandoned with huge mess outside ,with door wide open homeless people are more prone to frequent street on bicycles, wo

 Every weekend now for some 3 to 4 weekends I have been driven to call law enforcement and complain about loud music and ask for someone to go to the Cafe Platano Bar and Grill at 14725 S. Harlan Rd and ask that the loud music be turned down.

 Their hours are supposed to be from 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM, according to their website, but they are still going strong at 11:00 PM and later. (On the weekends the loud music tends to go from 6:00 PM until whenever they decide to close or the police are able to get them to turn it down.)

residence 994 Dry Creek Place has had a white party canopy up on the driveway for over a week.  It is hiding junk collected on the driveway.  It is an eyesore for the neighborhood.  Yard is also not being tended to.  

770 Ost. has a basketball hoop blocking the sidewalk. They also parked directly in front of it so, the only way to get around it is to walk all the way in the middle of the streets. This is a main route for small children walking to school every morning and it is dangerous.

Hello, I have sent multiple complaint on address 356 Renaissance Lathrop CA.

Up to this time the boat still on the property. I was given a notice on my 17 foot trailer on my driveway so it's just right to make it fair for all the residence.
