Loud noise

The property at 254 Thomsen Road installed a deck with panels on the roof of the deck that have come loose. When it is windy, the panels fly up and bang down making loud noises at all hours of the day. The panels have been observed flying off into other properties. This is not only a nuisance but also a safety concern if they fly off and hit someone. They need to be fixed.

Box truck

There is a box truck parked in front of 764 Rose Arbor point. I don't know if that's an issue but it hit the tree and broke branches. Not only is the box truck an eyesore now but now we have a damaged tree that will probably not be pruned / cut properly by the current tenant.

White Honda civic 4 door. West bound side of Jonquil dr. Sunday was 72 hours. Still parked in same place this am. Between 633/ 645 jonquil dr. License 7VCA765.
