Hello! Just wondering what can be done about a homeless individual setting up camp at Mossdale landing park near walking path. Can we please have them escorted away from our community? Or something done. Thank you!

I live in Mossdale Landing.  My address is 16149 Sheltered CV E, Lathrop, CA 95330. The tree in front of our house in between the side walk and the curb is a mess. It secretes lots of sticky resin which makes the side walk slippery and I have slipped on it twice. It is very dangerous for anyone walking on the side walk. This tree was planted by the city and not by us. Can the City take care of this messy tree by removing it, to prevent injuries to people using the side walk? Please help us in this matter. I wish to request a change into Mossdale community park. There is a chain closing the entrance. There is no place to enter it safe. Have to go around the yellow poles to get in. One side has wet grass & the other side has bushes. Not possible to walk, bicycle or take baby stroller in safely. I know chain is so no car can go into the park. But need a safe place to get in on foot. The chain can be made smaller so there is enough please on the sides to enter. Hope this issue will be taken care of. Thanking you.

Hello there! My name is Romeo Tuplano and I am a resident here in Lathrop. I would like to know who I can talk to about an event that we can request for this coming halloween. We would like to know if I need a special permit? We are doing this for the kids in the neighborhood. Instead of going house to house, it would be in one spot. We would like to use the Target parking lot. If we need to get permission from the owner/property management, we will do it. We will set a time or schedule for the event. Hopefully we can work something out, for the kids. Thank you so much!

There is a water leak to the right as you enter the dog park it has caused the dogs feet to get all muddy the leak has been going on for weeks can someone look into this thank you
