White SUV has not moved for 2 weeks

There is a White Toyota SUV parked on Golden Spike Trl across the Park that hasn't moved in about 2 weeks. Can someone check if it is abandoned?

Patrol has been made aware and will monitor, please call dispatch @ (209) 468-4400 24 hrs a day / 7 days a week  when violations are being seen.

Parking Comiance

Thomsen Road at Harlan Road both east & westbound directions has parking signs. Eastbound at Harlan no parking and westbound at Harlan no parking between 6pm to 10pm yet 18 wheelers have with increasing frequency been parking overnight and against the no parking side, this does not look good in a RESIDENTIAL neighborhood. Can you please have this monitored. Thank you for your service.
