How can i get a refund on my credit that i currently have with the City of Lathrop?  I currently have a credit there of $519.89.   Can i get this amount refunded to me in the form of check?   Our account number is 1114201, our address is 8211 NE 125th St. Kansas City, MO 64167.   Account name is under  Paula Hall or Chad Hall.   Thanks in advance.  

It was so misty yesterday morning Jan 7 around 6 AM that I could not see the T-intersection at S. Manthey Rd and Mossdale Rd, to make a left turn there from S. Manthey Rd.  I had to  go pass and U-turn in order to find it. It was a dangerous situation for me really. As a resident of River Islands I am asking the city of Lathrop to install a street light at the mentioned spot, for the safety of all that use the roads. Thank you very much.
