Tree stakes need adjustment

Hello,

I am a resident in River Island and we have lake facing property but there is no clarity on who is responsible for maintaining the lake side and issues with water system. I have check with RI but they ask me to contact Lathrop City for support.

So can you help me in understsnd who is responsible and how we can get the support.

Traffic control at Louise and I5. The light at Louise and I5 south off ramp is too long and the light at Louise and I5 west is too short. Another lane for Louise west at I5 will soon be required.

Hello, 

Recently I have noticed police parking at the corner of Mingo Way and Bizzibe St, I'm assuming to catch those drive 70 mph through Bizzibe. I think an easier solution would be to put a speed bump. The speeding has been an issue for a while now and with more traffic coming in through Louise Ave, it's becoming more unsafe as drivers turn from Mingo Way onto Bizzibe. I think all of us who live on Bizzibe would appreciate speed bumps near the ends of the street.
