Vehicle had been previously reported as abandoned one house north of location- I believe it belongs to above address- I was advised by neighbors that it is not operational --Also was towed here from an unknown location. Info from neighbor--Owner is Danny Gallardo-Has had previous Law Enforcement contact in the past.
