I wanted to verify if the meter reads were actual or estimated.

Are the meter reads taken manually or electronically?

I want to ensure the meter is working properly and not missing any usage that could result in back billing. Are we able to schedule an appointment for someone to come out and check the meter? If so, are there any fees involved?
