Dear Code Compliance Team,

I am writing to report a concern in my neighborhood regarding ongoing vehicle-related activity that appears to be in violation of Lathrop municipal code.

At a residence in my area, there are consistently multiple vehicles being worked on in open view, often in the driveway and street. This activity appears frequent and ongoing, resembling a mechanical operation rather than occasional personal vehicle maintenance.

In addition, several of these vehicles are leaking oil and other fluids onto the public street. This has resulted in visible staining and raises concerns about environmental impact, particularly with regard to stormwater contamination.

This situation is negatively affecting the cleanliness and overall condition of the neighborhood. As residents, we take pride in maintaining our community, and issues like this undermine those efforts.

I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed and addressed in accordance with city code. The house is located at: 17998 Golden Spike Trail

Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
