665 Maxwell lane Lathrop Ca 95330 This house has been abandoned since 2010 , the front door is opened completely right now and has been for the last 2 months , there is huge mess of stuff in the front, the tree has leaves going all the way down the street , house is violating so many codes one can see as soon as the get close to this house, I cannot believe nothing is ever done to this house, is embarrassing to have people come down the street and have to see this property abandoned with huge mess outside ,with door wide open homeless people are more prone to frequent street on bicycles, would not be shocked if there staying in the home. I have many pictures of this house even cleaned the leaves myself when it started to rain, not wanting it to back up drains, for flood concerns . I want to personally send pictures of this abandoned house to someone that needs to help this community. I personally feel concerned for my safety and my families safety with homeless people frequently coming down this street because of this house. Please , can someone do something i will keep writing until something is done , if nothing is done at all i will show up to this office with all my pictures and concerns because of someone not obviously doing there job for this city.
