I would like to report a concern in the Mossdale neighborhood, specifically on Pheasant Downs Road. I am requesting to remain anonymous. If you would like, I can get the exact address.
There appears to be a family living in a home’s garage, where they have set up what looks like a tent inside the garage space. I am unsure if this is permitted under city regulations, and I would appreciate clarification on whether this situation constitutes a violation.
In addition to the living arrangement, there are ongoing concerns about behavior at the property. The individuals are frequently loud and appear to be drinking and possibly under the influence of drugs. There have also been instances where young boys, who appear to be high school age, have entered the garage. I am unsure of their relationship to the individuals living there, but it raises additional concern.
I am reporting this because I want to help maintain the safety and standards of our neighborhood. I kindly ask that this matter be looked into and taken seriously.
