And want to report an individual by the name of Andres that lives on 14435 Pine Valley Drive in Lathrop that was seen covering up white letters with an arrow in front of his house using gray or black spray paint. The white letters with an arrow were painted by the city on Friday or Saturday and by Sunday he had covered them up.
