Our neighbors at 16962 Tulip Tree Way consistently has renters that rent rooms from him and in the past it has been very few incidents but these current renters are very disruptive to a usually quiet neighborhood. These renters has started a car fire that had to have the fire department come and get involved before it spread. They now have seven cars at this house so all of the tenants are parking in front other neighbor houses for days at a time. These old trucks will be filled with car parts and leaking oil in front of these neighbor homes. These new renters are consistently fixing cars all through the night into the early morning hours so we all hear hammering, drilling, and banging noises. All the trucks don't have current registration. These renters have been known to be consistently starting these loud trucks throughout the night. In the middle of the day they are even louder sometimes with racing the engine, banging car parts, and all type of noises. For us neighbors that work remote this is very disruptive. Some of us have started parking are cars on the street versus the garage or driveway just for cars won't be in front of our house for days at a time and our visitors have to park around the corner. Everyone on the street is usually pretty respectful of parking in front of each other homes but these residents at the above mentioned address is making this street very noise and dirty with all the oil drippings. Something has to be done about this because at this point all the neighbors are frustrated.
