Good morning,
I hope I am contacting the correct department. I am writing to report that the street light on Gypsum Way has been broken for several months. My driveway and front walkway are located on the corner, and without this light, the area is extremely dark at night. We have very limited visibility, and it does not feel safe walking to the front door after sunset.
Could you please send someone to inspect and repair the street light at your earliest convenience?

On 5/20/2026, resident called back and provided home address closest to the broken streetlight. A work order has been submitted for SL #839 and a ticket created in Lathrop CARES app, including the resident's email address so they may receive updates.

On 5/19/2026, I called Naima and left a voicemail following up on the pole number or the closest address to the streetlight that needs repairs.
