Hi,
I don't deserve to be cursed, humiliated, insulated discriminated against, harassed or, to be subjected to racism as a minority Asian or as a woman or non-native English speakers.
My suffering situation is still ongoing and lives are in a threatening situation and I tried to give him 30 days notice to move out so that it can goes away , However, he is still living in my house without paying any rent since August , 2020 and continue harassing me and my roommates.
He used to work at Tesla until July and Got a job as full time employee at Amazon in August 2020. There is no financial hardship as he is single health person without any increased medical or decreased income due to Covid-19. He didn't provide any financial evidence to proof either, However, He believes that he can live for free due to Covid-19 Halt in Evictions to prevent future spread.
He has been harrasing me verbally and e-mails by saying " All Pan-Asian Americans look, and pretty much ac like the bottom feeders they are .." God damn Third world bitch" " I will give you 9 20 bills, but you should probably send your husband because i am not sure i can stop myself from saying a bunc of racist and misogynistic things and call you a cowrd" . I'm going to speak idiomatically, because i understand english is not your native tongue. " I am GOING TO BREAK YOU OVER MY KNEE LIKE A DRY BRANCH and show you how serious i am , when i put my horns down and say " no mas" ....etc .
I've been logging his text messages and e-mail since then. So, I can provide all the evidences as what he has been done and I received TRO from the court. He is even disobeyed and violated by intimidating me during last 3 wks, but I didn't know that I had to file the police report, because it was my 1st time that I had TRO. the TRO ended it as yesterday ( 03/06/21) and the judge didn't extend as permanunt. But I would like to file that he violated against to the court order , if i can.
Also, I would like to report as he is being harassing me and my roommates as ongoing. my roommates are elder and disable. they are really afraid of him as he showed a full knives set in his room, doing pots,drugs but they are living under the same roof everyday. they've been sharing their life threaten evidences with me as i'm the landlord, but I'm stuck as he is not moving out and I can't kick him out until he moves out due to Covid-19.
Please advise me what to do . I have a full record of evidence that he harassed me and my roommates that he told them " kill yourself " to disability woman , " have to stroke and die " to another one as life threats.
