Good morning,
This is my 2nd "official" complaint about the above referenced intersection. I previously complained on this site and emailed the former Lathrop mayor, Sonny Dhaliwal. This intersection has a high traffic volume. People drive at ridiculous speeds! But my main concern is the red light running. I walk in that corner park every morning and again, I see cars running that light. They are literally accelerating in order to run it. I also ride my bike in that area and I never cross that street on my bike, knowing that someone is going to run the light. This morning at 7:00 am, a City of Lathrop pickup truck ran that light, the person turning left onto Lathrop Road from Woodfield drive had to stop about a 1/4 of the way, because that truck ran the light. Something has to be done about this!! It's so out of hand. I love this city, I am very appreciative of the Lathrop Police department, but something has to be done, I can't be the only one complaining?
