As a Lathrop resident, I am not sure why we have mosquitoes everywhere this year! We can't even be outside or take a pleasant walk! We pay enough taxes so that the city can spray or use a pest exterminator to spray the city! That would be a good idea. Mosquitoes are out of control in the city! Please do something!
