Good morning,
We do not know exactly where to get help from. Last year in September, we contacted our neighbor to install/repair our fence including the gate which is also his. He offered to do it with his own laborers and we will pay the materials which cost $3,000, which we agreed with trust that je will do it properly, because that is what he do for his business. After few weeks, we noticed the gaps between the woods. We contacted him several times thru text and calls, but he never showed up. On Monday, Nov. 17, 2025, we spoke to him again discussing about the over growing tree in his backyard and the problem with the fence, he started getting upset, when my husband asked when are you coming to repair the fence, he said "do it the way you want it!" That is when I asked him, "so that's how it is, the $3000 that we paid with a poor labor?" He started accusing us that we are playing a game in him and hanged up.
