City,
My neighbors crab apple tree next to my property line has roots that are growing around my incoming power, water, sewer, and gas utilities. This will become a larger problem if not addressed, and the financial burden will fall on me. The landscape planning of the developer did not account for tree roots damaging adjacent properties utilities.
I need the city to tell the neighbor the tree needs to be removed, I have already asked. I will pay for removal costs.

If you could believe it, the neighbor cut his tree down over the weekend. Ticket closed.
I never heard from the city of Lathrop, but appreciate there is a platform to start a process.
