I am writing to inform you of an ongoing nuisance. This is specifically relating to the overgrown trees that are on a property located at 14893 Cedar Ridge Ct. The tree branches from the trees on this property have reached an unsafe size and have been shedding an enormous number of leaves onto my property. This has now become a safety issue for my tenants.
I have tried reaching out to the property owners by sending a certified letter to their current mailing address. However, the letter was returned as not delivered. My tenants are concerned about their safety and I am concerned about possible structure damage on my property. I would like to open a formal nuisance complaint against the neighbor as they have been uncooperative in resolving this issue informally.
