Hello, I would like to file a nuisance complaint against my neighbor, where do I go, and how do I go about it. I am tired of calling the LPD and nothing really is done about it. Subject parking, PLEASE LET ME BE CLEAR I UNDERSTAND THAT THERE IS NOT TOO MUCH I CAN DO ABOUT IT, BUT, I ACTUALLY CAN. Before I get an attorney to assist I would like to know if there is a form to start. This neighbor is not approachable, I have tried that, NO NO it can escalate to something very tragic. My main reason for this action is that he does it maliciously. There should be much better laws referencing parking in Lathrop, its a problem if you dont have good neighbors. This guy has 4 cars and 2 drivers, and he leaves one of his blue cars for weeks at a time and no one comes around to check or mark the tires.
