What is the concern?: Front yard weeds are extremely overgrown. Intruding on sidewalk. Issue has been ongoing for over a year. Resident does nothing to improve or prevent this. Large prickly weeds along property line intrude onto the sidewalk making it difficult and unsafe for families to walk/bike, etc around the neighborhood or simply check the mail.
