My husband on record died three days ago I called the police to escort a thief in my house Rocky. They in fact did nothing and let him steal everything in the marital home. Now he is calling me from my late husband's phone and from his Facebook account. Impersonating him, he has access to late husbands accounts. I want them investigated I am the rightful owner my husband just died. They believed two thieves, one having recent extensive criminal record. I would like justice. They did not have a lease agreement, they do not own the marital home I just wanted to bring my children home and not be in fear in my home. Neither one recieved mail there in fact I just bought a new lock because I am the rightfully and only owner to that property. I would like the police to due there duty to the citizens of Lathrop. Rocky doesn't have a job does not pay property taxes he doesn't pay state taxes he is a thief. I would like to make a report for stolen property. I will have to now refer to our home owners insurance. Neither one has a lease agreement, neither one has paid me a dime, neither one ask me if they could stay there as guest or tenants. The police just let them steal everything from my house. I want my property secured and instead they made me feel u secure in my own town. This is absurd I want a full investigation with city counsel, manager,lawyer. I am a citizen of this town these two clowns I don't know and they didn't know where they are from. I want a police report because I repeatedly ask them to leave they were stealing my stuff. This is not justice I am a very upset citizen of Lathrop and will persue at city counsel level and work my way up I want justice. I want the police to secure my home and make sure that no one is in it before I bring my child home. The police let them thief can I just ask them to secure my home I do not want them in my home.
