Hello,

I would like to escalate a complaint against my neighbor at 1881 Mulholland Drive, Lathrop, CA 95330. My family and I have caught this same neighbor, his family and guests, countless number of times trespassing on our property (1867 Mulholland Drive, Lathrop, CA 95330) and disturbing the landscaping of our front yard; this time specifically, our complaint is in regards to our front yard patch located nearest to the sidewalk (which I believe as the homeowners, we are responsible for maintaining). We have newly added, expensive lighting to that section on top of our imported rocks and on 6:42pm at 10/16/2022, two guests, as well as our neighbor were seen trampling and stepping on our lighting and messing with the rocks on that area. I filed a formal complaint with Lathrop PD about a year ago in regards to the trespassing of this neighbor. Tony from River Islands' CCR (Code Compliance) team had been in communication with us about this neighbor, he is well aware of all of this. The Lathrop PD officer A. Silva and Officer Aguirre (on two separate occasions) had advised me that if this were to occur again to reach out to the department to further escalate and a citation would be possibly be administered. Due to this neighbor's constant discourteous and disturbing behavior towards our property on a repeated bases I am kindly asking for your intervention on this. We have captured this most recent act on our camera system and have photos as well. If our neighbor can be cited a warning or visited by code compliance to ensure that he (and his family/guests) no longer disturb our property that we are held responsible in maintaining, we would greatly appreciate it. Unfortunately, this neighbor's actions have been repeated many times in the past but he constantly chooses to be oblivious or simply has no respect for other people's property but his own. Hopefully with your assistance we can solve for this blatantly disrespectful behavior and move on before any severe property damage is done. Looking forward to your response. Thank you!
