Hello, I was reaching out to see who I need to contact to get the street lamp in front of our house fixed. It constantly flickers from a bright white light, to a warm yellow light, then completely shuts off (all in a span of 5-10mins) every night, several times a night.

I have reached out before with this same message and unfortunately the ticket was closed because I hadn't responded back (my apologies, I was unaware that I needed to check the ticket to see if there was a response). Our house address is 16338 Prairie Fire Ct. Lathrop, CA. 95330. The street lamp is in front of this house/at the end of the court.

Hi Adrian,

Please provide the pole number of the streetlight that is cycling on and off. This number should be on the front of the pole. If there is no number present on the pole, please provide the address of the home it is in front of. We will create a work order for the repair.
