I don't know if i did this right, so forgive me . I have a tree in front of my house that is tipping over from the ground. Not too big is the tree (thank God!) I would think this is a city issue. not sure tho ! I just need someone to come out here and tack the tree down to the poles The tree is loose in the ground.I have Seen it done before around here ( workers with yellow/vest). Is this city or property owners issue? IDK thnks anyhow!
