Hi, there have been numerous reports (mine included) of packages containing valuable items being shipped to the UPS Lathrop Hub (LAHCA-9539) and then becoming "lost". I had a digital camera shipped through this location, and it was supposed to be delivered June 9th, instead I received no notification that the delivery was delayed. I checked two days later, and apparently the package was lost. I submitted an investigation, UPS found the package damaged and all contents were "discarded". It's very suspicious to me that my digital camera was "lost" at this hub. If you check the google reviews, multiple customers packages containing high value items have been "lost" at this location. Can you please investigate if there is organized package theft? I have reached out to both UPS and my shipper.
