Dear City of Lathrop.

This will be my second complaint against the homeowner/property located at 601 Bramblewood Avenue who's backyard buds up against my backyard as well as my bedroom windows.  My residence address is 582 Pasture Avenue.

It appears my neighbors have a high tolerance of hearing [unless they are deaf] of their DOGS [yes, now more than just the German Shepard dog] barking and crying throughout the late night and wee hours of the early morning which makes it difficult for me to sleep.

Their dogs marking and crying doing the night hours may not bother them, however since my bedroom window is facing their backyard and I have to rise very early in the morning for work this continued un-neighborly behavior [the continuous problem of their dogs barking and wining throughout the night is unacceptable.

Maybe they should consider bring their dogs inside their home during the night hours to address this issue!

My neighbors may not have to get up early in the morning to go to work.  I do and as I shared in my previous complaint the lack of sleep puts me at a disadvantage at work as it pertains to Public Safety.

It appears the homeowners at, 601 Bramblewood Ave. did not take the first complaint seriously.  It is my position the homeowners barking Dogs are once again in violation of 6.32.110 (A), "Public Nuisance Prohibited" which I have cited below.

A.    Public Nuisance Prohibited. It is unlawful for any person to keep, have upon premises owned, occupied or controlled by him or her within the city, any animal found to be a public nuisance as defined by this title.

In closing, I would appreciated it if one of your 'Professional' once again alert the homeowners at 601 Bramblewood of their unneighborly behavior as well as them being in violation of 6.32.110 (A) once again!

Thank you.
