SUBMITTAL DEADLINE: Tuesday, September 5, 2023 at 2:00 p.m.

Written proposals shall be clearly identified as: “Response to Request for Proposals for Fiber Optic Network Public-Private Partnership, September 5, 2023, 2:00 p.m.” in the bottom left hand corner of the envelope.

One copy of the proposal in a “sealed” envelope shall be delivered no later than 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 5, 2023.  POSTMARKS NOT ACCEPTED. At that time, all proposals will be publicly opened, examined and declared.

Proposals may be delivered by express mail, regular mail, or in person, at the Office of the City Clerk:
