Benefits
The City of Lathrop offers a comprehensive benefits package to eligible employees consisting of life insurance, medical, dental and vision plans. The City of Lathrop contracts with CalPERS for medical insurance. Medical plan selections are based on zip code eligibility. Vision, Dental and Life Insurance are administered through Principal. The City’s contribution limit is $2,187 for 2026.
