Request for Proposals - Purchase of Onboarding and Replacement Uniforms and Related Services

The City of Lathrop Police Department is inviting proposals from qualified businesses to furnish complete onboarding uniforms and replacement uniforms and related services for Lathrop Police Department.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) includes detailed information on project scope, submittal requirements, and the selection process. 

Firms interested in submitting a proposal should contact Lieutenant Hernandez at bhernandez@ci.lathrop.ca.us with the name of a representative, phone number and e-mail address to ensure receipt of further communications relaying to this RFP, including, but not limited to, Addendums.

Interested firms are encouraged to review the RFP and submit their proposals by December 15, 2025 (by 5:00 PM).
